All items must be returned within 30 days to receive a refund.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT
If you feel your item is not as described, faulty, damaged or is the wrong item, we will exchange it or issue a full refund straight away. We will also pay for the return postage.

CHANGED YOUR MIND
If you have changed your mind, want to return or exchange your item, the item needs to be unused and in the original packaging to receive a a refund. Due to the hygienic nature of the products supplied by Bigdenta we are unable to accept back products where the packaging seal has been breached.

We will deduct our initial postage and packaging cost from the total amount refunded.

If the item is no longer saleable we can't offer a refund.
