How long does delivery take? 

UK Mainland: Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2-3 working days.

UK Mainland: Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1-2 working days.

What happens if I am not home when they deliver?

You should receive a card through your door if no-one is at home to collect your parcel. 

Can I get a tracking number? 

You will received tracking number once order posted. 

What should I do if my order has not arrived? 

On the rare occasion that items are not delivered and have been lost in the post, we will send out a replacement. However, we cannot be held responsible if the address you have given is incorrect.
